1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or engaging AronDigital for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who contacts us through the site.

2. Services

AronDigital provides digital marketing and automation services including, but not limited to:

• Paid advertising (Meta, Google)
• Website design and development
• AI workflow and lead response automation
• Email marketing and sequence setup

The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins. These Terms of Service apply alongside any separate service agreement or proposal.

3. Payments and Fees

Fees for services are outlined in the individual proposal or invoice provided to you. Unless otherwise agreed:

• A deposit of min €500 is required before work commences
• Remaining balance is due on or before the agreed completion date
• Invoices are payable within [14 / 30] days of issue
• Late payments may incur a fee of 15% per month

All prices are quoted in [EUR / GBP / HUF] unless stated otherwise. Ad spend budgets are separate from service fees and paid directly to the respective ad platform by the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

To deliver results, we rely on timely cooperation from you. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information, brand assets, and access credentials as needed
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Ensure any content you provide does not infringe third-party rights
• Maintain sufficient ad budget on platforms where applicable

Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines, and AronDigital shall not be held liable for such delays.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, intellectual property rights for custom deliverables (website, ad creatives, email copy) transfer to you, the client.

AronDigital retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Any tools, frameworks, templates, or processes developed by AronDigital remain the property of AronDigital and are licensed to you for use, not ownership.

6. Results and Guarantees

We apply our full expertise and best practices to every engagement. We guarantee a minimum of 2 inquiries from our work. If this is not achieved, we will continue working at no additional cost until it is.

Beyond this guarantee, wider results are influenced by factors outside our control, including market conditions, platform algorithm changes, and competition. No additional guarantees such as a minimum ROAS or specific revenue figure are made unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Either party may terminate a service engagement with 10 days written notice.

• Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced and must be paid
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
• If AronDigital cancels without cause, any prepaid fees for undelivered work will be refunded

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the engagement. This includes but is not limited to pricing, strategy documents, client data, and proprietary processes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AronDigital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the fees paid by you to AronDigital in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
• Transmit spam, malicious code, or disruptive content

11. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for your convenience and do not constitute an endorsement. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Budapest.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
